Scott heads up our Costs Budgeting team as a Consultant where he draws from a pool of knowledge acquired from over 20 years dealing with Claimant and Defendant litigation matters, including his experience in a Legal 500 firm.
Scott regularly prepares large Costs Budgets, often at short notice, with other members of the Budgeting team and is instructed to attend Costs and Case Management hearings nationally to defend or dispute Budgets.
Clients are particularly fond of Scott’s approachable manner, his excellent advocacy skills and his ability to present complex costing and legal issues in a straightforward and understandable way.
